Ms. Pat came to our home after a motor vehicle accident with numerous fractures. Ms. Pat states that Cindy, her Physical Therapist is the reason she was able to return home and back to caring for her grandson. Ms. Pat stated, “I love the staff here, and they have all been good to me.”
