Nell was admitted to Clinton County Care and Rehab following hospitalization secondary to a left femur fracture. During this time, Nell wasn’t allow put any weight on her leg for the first few weeks, having to learn compensatory strategies for standing, transferring, and completing ADL task such as bathing, and dressing. Nell participated with PT, OT, and ST services during her stay where she worked very hard to reach all of her goals. Nell has demonstrated tremendous progress with the ability to ambulate, transfer with mild assist, and is now completing ADLs with little help.
